The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Interior Designer with 1-2 years of live project experience to work on workplace design projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with Architects, Senior Designers, Contractors, and Suppliers, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to innovative design solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the development of design concepts and presentations.
- Assisting in producing detailed drawing packages including layouts, elevations, and joinery details.
- Attending client meetings and site visits to support design delivery.
- Sourcing materials, finishes, and furniture in line with project budgets and aesthetics.
- Producing 3D visuals and mood boards to bring design concepts to life.
- Working closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Who We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in workplace interior design or similar commercial interiors.
- Strong conceptual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and Revit experience is highly desirable.
- Confident in creating presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality spaces.
