The Opportunity:
You’ll be based at their thoughtfully designed studio just outside Reading, collaborating with the Head of Design and a seasoned, supportive internal team. The role offers hands on involvement across all project stages from early concept to final delivery within a culture that encourages innovation, professional development, and creative freedom.
What We’re Looking For:
- A solid understanding of the design and build process, ideally within the commercial interiors or fit-out sector.
- Confidence in a client-facing role, including experience contributing to pitches or project bids
- Proficiency in CAD software (Vectorworks experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
- Strong conceptual thinking paired with practical awareness of commercial constraints and timelines
- A passion for workplace design that puts people first – blending function, wellbeing and creativity
