Senior Interior Designer – High-End Residential Studio
A globally recognised design studio reached out to Modus Careers after several months of trying, unsuccessfully, to secure the right hire themselves. They were looking for a Senior Designer with the rare combination of skills needed to thrive in their practice: someone capable of leading multiple international projects at once, confident in managing high-profile clients, and, crucially, an individual who had already proven themselves in a world-class design environment.
The challenge was clear. The role demanded both creative excellence and operational rigour, a designer who could balance bold, layered concepts with flawless execution across complex logistics, procurement, and delivery.
We carried out a targeted search, approaching only those designers who had built their careers in globally recognised studios and could demonstrate genuine leadership potential. After a selective and considered process, we introduced the individual who is now in post. Their background, experience, and approach aligned perfectly with the studio’s ambitions, offering not only the immediate skills to deliver on projects but also the long-term potential to grow into a senior leadership role.
